The Baral group owned by Ariel Babli reports today (Mon) its joining the YBDI group owned by Yossi Bar David to promote a large construction evacuation project in the city of Acre.

The companies will work to evacuate 108 housing units in railway housing, some of which belong to the Amidar company, and buildings located on Eshel and Golani streets in the city, where about 600 new housing units are expected to be built in 3 towers and textured buildings, combining residences on commercial areas along the street and a public building.

Ariel Babli, CEO and owner of the Barel Group

, stated that: "We are very grateful to the apartment owners for their trust in the company and are proud to be part of the urban renewal revolution in the north of the country.

For many years, urban renewal was the share of apartment owners in old buildings, mainly in the center of the country, and the time has come to bring the news of renewal to the residents of the north as well.

Demand for new apartments in the north of the country has increased greatly in recent years, apartment prices have risen and urban renewal is the right solution that combines the need to renew the old buildings, renew the neighborhoods and create an additional supply of new apartments while adapting the projects to modern and mixed-use planning."

Yossi Bar David, CEO To and owner YBDI company

, who also serves as the chairman of the committee for urban renewal in the Tel Aviv and Central District Contractors and Builders Association: "I am happy about the Barel Group joining this important project.

In light of the great trust we have received from the apartment owners in the complex, we see the joining of the Barel company as an executive company with proven experience, an important combination of forces to promote planning and quick execution of the project.

I thank the 82% of the apartment owners who expressed confidence in the company and signed binding eviction and construction agreements. In the coming days, the companies will also sign with Amidar, which owns apartments in the complex.
