A young man is to go to prison for four years and six months because, according to the Constance Regional Court, he abused and raped his sister.
The judge found the 21-year-old guilty on Monday of five counts of rape, ten counts of dangerous bodily harm and 40 counts of intentional bodily harm.
The crimes occurred from January to May 2022 in the brother's shared flat in Constance.
The verdict is not yet legally binding.
Roommates noticed nothing
According to a police officer, two roommates who also live in the flat share are not aware of the crimes.
The accused made his family believe that his sister was fine.
At the beginning of the trial last Thursday, the young man was silent on the allegations.
His sister also made use of her right to refuse to testify.
