(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JAN 30 - The balance of the attack that took place in the Brussels metro is three wounded, one of which is in critical condition.
A woman and two men were stabbed near Schuman station in the European quarter of the Belgian capital.
The attacker was stopped by the police inside the subway stop.
Authorities have not released any comments, so far, on the reasons for the stabbing.
According to a source close to the dossier, the attacker, who is in a stable state, "was already known to have a psychiatric record".
