(ANSA) - BEIRUT, JAN 30 - The head of a pro-Iranian militia operating in Syria was killed in the last few hours in eastern Syria by an air raid attributed to Israel and in which 9 other people died, according to the National Observatory for Human Rights .
Previously, the Observatory had also reported a death toll of 7 in an air attack in eastern Syria against a convoy of vehicles from Iraq and which were probably carrying weapons.
The sources cited by the Observatory have updated the toll to 10 killed, including the head of one of the various pro-Iranian Iraqi and Afghan militias present for years in war-torn Syria.
