A 69-year-old man, Nunzio Caggia, died after falling from the second floor of a building in via Cristoforo Colombo, in Vittoria, in the Ragusa area.
The man, who was apparently carrying out an inspection in a house, fell from a height of eight meters.
Rescued by 118, the victim arrived with the red code at the Guzzardi hospital in Vittoria.
He died shortly after being admitted to the intensive care unit.
The carabinieri of Vittoria and the staff of the prevention and safety of the workplaces of Ragusa intervened on the scene of the accident
