About Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv: construction of over 80 new apartments - voila! Real estate

As part of the plan approved this week, the Demari company will demolish about 45 old apartments in the city and build 82 apartments in their place in 3 new buildings adjacent to Yarakon Park, to the extent of about NIS 200 million

The Tel Aviv Local Planning and Construction Committee has given approval for the demolition and construction project for the "Finals Triad Complex Tel Aviv", in the New North neighborhood, within the framework of which the Demari company will demolish 3 old buildings in the city, which include approximately 45 apartments, and replace them with 82 new housing units in 3 buildings 8 stories and three underground parking levels, worth about NIS 200 million.

A building permit is expected to be received at the beginning of 2024.



The project, which is planned by the Gal Marom architectural firm, will include a diverse mix of apartments, starting with 2-room apartments starting at 50 square meters, 4-room apartments starting at 100 square meters, and Garden apartments and penthouses ranging from 110 square meters to 180 square meters, some of which include roof top balconies with a swimming pool or jacuzzi.



The project is located near Yarkon Park in the new North neighborhood and will be built to a high construction standard.
