I would like to recall that the Prosecutor of Perugia has issued a precautionary order for Cospito, which has been evaluated as one of the elements for applying the 41 bis".
This was stated by the prosecutor of Perugia Raffaele Cantone in a hearing before the Senate Justice Commission.
It was - Cantone explained - "because we specifically contested the hypothesis of incitement to commit a crime while he was in prison". (ANSA).
