In the lottery of the countries for Eurovision 2023 held tonight (Tuesday) it was determined that Noa Kirel will appear in the first semi-final of Eurovision 2023 which will be held on May 9.
Kirel, Israel's representative at Eurovision in 2023, will compete in the first stage of the competition in the following countries: Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Latvia, Sweden, Serbia, Norway, Moldova, Switzerland, Malta, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Croatia and Finland.
In each of the semi-finals, ten countries will advance to the final stage which will take place on May 13 in Liverpool.

After that, the countries that will compete in the second semi-final were drawn and it was determined that during the evening the representatives of the countries Armenia, Cyprus, Albania, Australia, Austria, Lithuania, San Marino, Slovakia, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Denmark, Belgium, Iceland, Greece and Estonia will appear.

In addition, during the evening, it will be determined which evening the countries that are in a guaranteed final will be able to vote.
The draw revealed that Germany, France and Italy could vote in the first evening, while Ukraine, Spain and Great Britain could participate in the second semi-final.
