This was stated by Justice Minister Carlo Nordio at the press conference, together with ministers Piantedosi and Tajani, on the case of the anarchist Alfredo Cospito.
The decision on maintaining the 41 bis "will be taken after a mature study of the legal situation - added Nordio - Any decision on the part that belongs to us cannot and must not be adopted if we do not first receive the opinions of the judicial authorities".
