A 45-year-old Italian passenger flying on a Vistara Airlines flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai stripped half of her clothes and started running down the aisle of the plane's cabin while shouting and cursing at the flight attendants on Monday this week.

The commotion allegedly broke out because the passenger, identified as Paola Perruccio, who booked a ticket in economy class, wanted to upgrade to a seat in business class.

According to the complaint filed against her and published in the Times of India, when the flight attendants asked her to return to her seat, she hit one flight attendant and spat on another.

After that, Procaccio, who was apparently drunk at the time of the incident, took off some of her clothes and started running in the cab.

The captain of the plane ordered her to be restrained and tied to the seat in the responsible part of the plane for the rest of the flight.

She all wanted to upgrade from tourist class to business class.
