A lawsuit for defamation was filed by the Milanese lawyer Luigi Emanuele Gamna against Margherita Agnelli, daughter of Gianni Agnelli, and the writer Gigi Moncalvo.
The initiative refers to the book Agnelli Coltelli, published by Moncalvo with the publisher Vallecchi.
Gamna, who filed the lawsuit in Florence stating that "some passages of the volume have defamatory content", dealt with a colleague, on behalf of Margherita Agnelli, of the succession opened after the lawyer's death.
Margherita later sued her mother and, more recently, John Elkann.
