Karni Ziv, Keshet's director of drama and comedy: "I can proudly say that each of our series touches on important issues, some of which have not yet been seen in prime time in Israel. This is a statement of confidence in the talent of Israeli creators to tell a story with significant value, alongside a commercial perception that series are a competitive tool which provides an alternative for the viewer and real competition for reality shows and entertainment."

Avi Nir, CEO of Keshet Group: "We live in the golden age of Israeli drama.

Such a phenomenon, like a perfect storm, occurs over years, only when there is a connection between several forces at the same time - creative forces, audience, market and investors.

In the coming year, important, complex, funny, excellent drama series will be released, and we intend to place them in the heart of prime time.

It's cold, stormy and dangerous outside.

We don't want the golden age of public and commercial broadcasting to turn into the ice age."
