Increases production capacity, and reduces oxygen emissions: The Thermoden company is expanding its operations and is currently building a new production plant - which will include advanced technological systems based on robots that will carry out all the production and packaging processes, and according to the company's VP Mosh Amarani, will be one of the largest and most advanced in Israel
. The construction of the new plant is expected to open in about six months, on an area of about 25 dunams that is owned by the company. According to the company's estimates, the total investment in the establishment of the plant is expected to reach about NIS 100 million.
The innovative plant will be built in a modular manner in Europe (with technological and robotic systems produced in Germany, France and Italy), will be imported to Israel in containers and will be established as stated in the company's territory in good faith.
The company states that the establishment of the plant results from the increase in demand, in providing a response to new audiences, as well as meeting the goal it set for itself, which is: to develop green and environmentally friendly construction products.
Thus, the innovative robotic factory will be based on green production processes, which are expected to lead to a significant reduction of carbon emissions.

The flagship product of Termoden is the block called "Termolok" which is based on the "plug and socket" construction method.
Blocks of this type were used in the past to construct buildings at Intel and Mobileye companies, Bloomfield Stadium, residential towers, military bases and various government offices.
According to Mosh Amarni, the company's VP:
"The new factory that we are building now is expected to be the most advanced of its kind in Israel and in the world for the production of construction, development and landscaping products.
To date, the traditional construction industry has not placed much emphasis on green and environmentally friendly production processes, and as part of our sustainability agenda and the growing tendency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we have decided to establish an environmentally friendly construction products factory that will be based on production processes that will reduce carbon emissions.
As part of this, natural energy will be used, expanding the use of recycled materials and robotics throughout the entire production and packaging processes."
