The Beit Vegg company reports this morning (Thursday) that it received the permit to carry out an urban renewal project as part of the TMA 38 plan in central Tel Aviv, 18 Lipsky St.
According to the plan, the company will demolish an existing 3-story residential building that includes 11 old apartments, and build In its place is a new 7-story building that will include 23 housing units.
The project is located on a quiet and green street near Madinah Square - and enjoys on the one hand a pastoral street, and on the other hand residences in the center of Tel Aviv, near places of shopping and leisure, cultural institutions, accessibility to major traffic routes that provide easy exit from the city and more.

The project will be characterized by a diverse mix of small 2- and 3-room apartments, alongside a 4-room garden apartment and 3-room mini-penthouses.
The area of the apartments will range from 44-50 square meters for a two-room apartment and a balcony of 12 square meters or 7.5 square meters, 69 square meters for a three-room apartment, including two balconies of 12 square meters and 7.5 square meters.
In addition, the project will include two basement floors that include underground parking, private warehouses for each apartment, a bicycle room and more.
The architects of the project are Rabin Architects.
These days, marketing of the project has begun, with prices starting from NIS 3,190,000 for a two-room apartment.
