At present, however, Cospito's defense has not presented such requests.

The state of fasting of an inmate, then, as has been explained, can be broken through forced feeding,
when the person is unconscious or when it has been ascertained that the behavior derives from a psychic pathology.
Cospito, among other things, refused to undergo the planned psychiatric examination.
It is also possible to evaluate in hypothesis, as a last resort, the use of compulsory medical treatment.
