(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 03 - ITA Airways, Lufthansa and the Ferrovie dello Stato Group today signed 2 Memorandums of Understanding "in order to create increasingly effective multimodal services between air and train, with the aim of creating a joint offer for the purchase of air and train tickets in a single solution and define combined loyalty programmes.This is what Ita and Fs announce, underlining the goal of connecting different modes of transport; developing a joint offer to allow for the purchase of tickets in a single solution air and rail; define combined loyalty programs".
In addition to the German national airline, the Memorandum with Lufthansa also involves the Swiss subsidiaries, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines, and the local companies Lufthansa CityLine, Air Dolomiti and Eurowings Discover.
