The passage is contained in a note in which the Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio announces that he has "rapidly concluded the reconstruction of the facts requested after the parliamentary debate of 31 January 2023" and reports it "dutiful" to summarize the conclusions.
"The comparison between the statements made by the Honorable Giovanni Donzelli and the documentation in the documents reveals that the textual affirmation of the Honorable - 'from the documents that are present at the Ministry of Justice' - is to be referred to a summary file of the Nic ( Central investigative unit, ed) not covered by secrecy.
There are no formal additions of secrecy nor further different classifications on the file". As for the content of the conversations between the Cospito detainees and others, referred to by the honorable Donzelli, Nordio specifies that "they were not the object of an interception activity but the result of mere administrative supervisory activity.
