Every week we present the real estate transactions of that week that were closed by brokerage networks and real estate agents throughout the country, from which you can learn about the volume of transactions, the prices of the properties sold, and the trend in the real estate market.
In recent months, we have noticed a significant decrease in the volume of transactions in the market 2nd hand apartments, which were closed for sale or rent, which proves that the slowdown in the industry is permeating the area. The buyers are more hesitant, sitting on the fence, and the closing phase of the transaction is prolonged, so that an apartment stays on the market longer.
If until about two months ago, we presented a list of about 25 transactions on average that were made In the second hand market, today we stand at 15 transactions on average, a drop of over 50% in the volume of transactions.

At this point, the buyers' behavior does not translate into price compromise.
The apartment sellers are still placing properties at high prices and seek to maximize the prices of their properties as much as possible.
And yet, in a market characterized by price increases, uncertainty, and interest rates that threaten to rise further, it is still possible to find some interesting and unusual deals.
These deals show that hope is not lost.
If you open your mind a little and look beyond the cities of demand, you can find apartments for a price of up to NIS 1.5 million that meet the needs of a young couple at the beginning of their life.
So how much is an apartment in your city worth and were there apartments sold for up to NIS 1.5 million in the last week?
These were the transaction prices last week:
