(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 04 - Elon Musk has been found not guilty by the San Francisco court, where he was on trial for a series of tweets in 2018 on the Tesla delisting.
The shareholder who had sued the billionaire had accused Musk of not having the funds for the operation at the time and of having acted recklessly by discussing the plan which was perhaps only in its embryonic stages.
