The two girls who accompanied the rape victim of which footballer Dani Alves is accused of at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona confirmed this Friday, before the judge investigating the case, that the player also approached them for sexual.
A friend and a cousin of the 23-year-old girl who was attacked in the VIP area toilets have ratified the statement they gave to the Mossos d'Esquadra, which also coincides with what the victim explained about what happened last night December 30 at the disco.
The three girls entered Sutton shortly before 2:00 and were invited by some Mexican friends to the VIP area.
Once there, a waiter - who has also testified as a witness - instructed them to approach the table where Dani Alves was.
The victim would later explain in his complaint that at that moment he did not know who was in front of him.
But he explained that the player started flirting with all three until he finally walked up to her, grabbed her hand and brought it to her penis, at which point she pulled away from her.
The investigation into the rape of which Alves is accused - who denies the facts - is still underway.
This Friday, eight witnesses testified before the head of the trial court number 15 in Barcelona: the two girls and six workers and managers of the Sutton nightclub, who have explained, among other things, how the protocol against sexual assaults was activated to attend to the girl.
One of those who has declared has been the doorman of the nightclub, who saw how the three young women went out into the street shortly after the events.
When he saw that the young woman was crying and explained that a "very important" person had assaulted her, he made her go back into the room.

All the witnesses, according to sources close to the case, have confirmed what they already told in their statements before the Mossos d'Esquadra.
The waiters, for example, have explained that Alves told them to invite the girls to come to his table, a point that the former Barça player had denied.
In his statement before the judge on January 20, Alves gave up to three versions of what happened and only at the end did he explain that the victim had performed fellatio on him in the private bathrooms.
She, however, explained that she was the victim of violent vaginal penetration.
The biological remains ―such as the semen found in her body― and the medical report from the Clinical Hospital ―where she was treated― also point in that direction.
The Court of Barcelona must decide in the next few days if it admits the appeal that the defense of Alves, which is exercised by the criminal Cristóbal Martell, presented against the order of provisional detention issued by the judge.
The Brazilian soccer player has been in jail since January 20.
