Back to childhood: Kate Middleton shares a rare photo of her baby in the arms of her father

To launch her latest “Shaping Us” campaign, dedicated to the importance of the first years of a child's life – “from pregnancy to the age of five – Kate Middleton has chosen to reveal herself.

On the new Instagram account of the Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood, the princess of Kate shared, this Saturday, February 4, a snapshot of her baby, on which she appears in the arms of her father, Michael Middleton, trying to grab the cheeks.

"Faces are a child's best plaything," she captioned the post.

She added, “We launched #ShapingUs to raise awareness of the vital role our early years play in the rest of our lives.

This weekend, we would like you to spend time with your friends, families, colleagues and community.

As such, Kate Middleton urged her subscribers to take over by posting, in turn, vintage photos of them on their social networks.

“I hope you will join in by sharing a photo of yourself before your fifth birthday,” she wrote.

Mothers' Day

In 2020, the wife of prince William had already shared pictures from his youth.

To celebrate Mother's Day that same year, she had unveiled a photo showing Carole Middleton, now 68, surrounded by children.
