Visco, inflation hits families, growth slows down

(ANSA) - MILAN, FEBRUARY 04 - "The growth prospects for the euro area have deteriorated" and "the high level of inflation hits families hard, especially the less well-off who spend a large part of their income on the purchase of food and energy goods".

This was stated by the governor of the Bank of Italy Ignazio Visco in his speech at Assiom Forex.
