"Big Brother" veteran and musician Nathaniel Rodintzky, who recently broke up with his partner Diane Schwartz, plans to make a real change in his life in the coming days.

"I realized that I needed guidance on my way," he shared his feelings.

Just before he flew with his new partner, fitness trainer Jana Aronov, for their first vacation as a couple in Amsterdam, Rodnitsky held a question-and-answer session with tens of thousands of his followers last weekend.

He spoke openly about the upheaval he experienced after participating in the reality show, about the feeling that he is beginning to be forgotten, about his way of dealing with romantic breakups, and about the radical change he is planning in his life, which will most likely be supported by someone who is particularly close to him these days.

"Do you feel like you're disappearing a bit?" asked Rodnitsky, who chose not to be offended and answered matter-of-factly.

"Everything is choices in life," he ruled.

"I chose to disconnect a little, because I think my soul needed it more than I did," he explained.

"Today I am in a place that is good for me, both mentally, and soon also physically," he promised.

"How do you get over a breakup?" surfers asked Nathaniel for tips.

"Only love can mend a broken heart," he stated firmly.

"We wait for it to arrive, and when it arrives, we embrace it as tightly as possible, and we don't let the pages of our history affect us."

The next issue Rudnicki was required to address was his mental state after participating in the popular reality show.

"Talia wrote that she lost her joy in life recently, do you feel sympathy?", his followers were intrigued.

"Unequivocally. The whole recent period I've been living in confusion with myself, and I eat a lot of baked goods during the day, but it's natural, and anyone who was there can identify with me," he claimed.

"That's why there are days when I disappear, and don't post anything. You've already known that I'm less good at faking feelings or moods," he added.

Another question that Nathaniel was asked to answer dealt with his fitness training, and caused him to make dramatic statements about a change in everything related to his lifestyle.

"It was hard for me alone to change old habits from home, and stop eating crap," he shared.

"I'm done with Walt!" he declared.

"I realized that I need support on my way. I'm going to turn my life around next week. You know I'm extreme, and there's no middle ground for me, so starting next week I'm going to give my head at the most extreme level there is. Strong training and a careful diet, and of course I'll share the whole process with you!" , committed.

"So if you or you are dying to start a real change in your lifestyle, be on it," he addressed the surfers, "we start next week."
