Due to findings of unusual turbidity in the water, the Ministry of Health announces today (Monday) the need to boil water before drinking and cooking in the Emek Ma'a'ain regional council and Beit Shean.

The Ministry of Health announces that until further notice, the water must be boiled before drinking, cooking, preparing medicines and brushing teeth in the following localities: Beit Shan, Gesher, Neve Or, Jordana, Hamediya, Maoz Haim, Neve Eitan, Beit Yosef, Kfar Rupin, Ein Hanziv, Sde Eliyahu, Tirat Zvi, Tel Ta'umim, Rehov, Revia, Sde Teromot, Meriv, Malkishua, Shuluh, Reshefim, Shelafim, Rails, Nir David, Shan Enterprises, "Deer Park" industrial area.
The notice is valid for all consumers connected to the water supply system in the areas.
The Ministry of Health stated that it "continues to be updated on the quality of the water and the integrity of the supply system and will update if necessary."
