“We strongly encourage member states to swiftly table the various changes to their Pnrr in one amendment, rather than adopting a piecemeal approach. This way, we reduce the time spent on processes and speed up effective implementation.”
This was stated by the European Commissioner for the Economy, Paolo Gentiloni, during a hearing before the Economic and Budget committees of the European Parliament.
The deadline for submitting the review, the commissioner recalled, is in any case by 30 April at the latest.
"It is crucial that our Union avoids fragmentation, where we see a possible double risk: not only of financial but also real fragmentation".
