There are 4 suspects in the case of the 20-year-old who died yesterday after ten days in a coma following an anaphylactic shock, caused by a tiramisu declared vegan but which instead, this is the hypothesis, contained "milk proteins", a food to which the young was allergic.
The crimes are manslaughter, fraud in the exercise of commerce and the sale of non-genuine foodstuffs.

The investigations were delegated to the Nas of the Carabinieri and the Ats.
The product was withdrawn from the "trade following probative seizure" ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office and carried out by the Police.
