The relaunch of Twitter weighs on the health of Elon Musk, who now works 120 hours a week.
"I go to sleep, I wake up and I work and I do it seven days a week. I have to do this for a while but I think once Twitter is on the right track, it will be easier to manage than SpaceX and Tesla," Musk said recounting his typical day, according to reports from the Wall Street Journal.
His health, and especially his poor sleep and back pain, have long attracted public attention.
The back and neck problems, Musk once explained, are related to a birthday party years ago for his second ex-wife.
During the festivities Musk challenged a sumo wrestler and injured his spine.
