This was stated by Josep Borrell, speaking at the public conference "Beyond Disinformation: The EU's responses to the threat of manipulation of foreign information".
"And what they say isn't just rhetoric. I can't go into details, but believe me, we support them in practical terms. But I won't tell you how, because it would be doing them a bad favour," Borrell added.
