(ANSA) - ROME, 07 FEB - A life sentence has been requested for the Chechen citizen Rassoul Bissoultanov, accused of voluntary homicide for the death of Niccolò Ciatti and currently a fugitive.
This is what was requested by the Rome prosecutor at the end of the requisition before the judges of the Rome Assizes Court.
During the indictment, the deputy prosecutor ErminioAmelio stated that "the murder was committed in a few seconds: a terrible crime that many people witnessed, including friends of the victim. Killing has a broad meaning, it can happen in a car accident or at work Niccolò, on the other hand, was killed, assassinated, his life was cruelly taken".
Ciatti, originally from Scandicci (Fi), was killed with punches and kicks on August 11, 2017 outside a nightclub in Lloret deMar in Spain.
