Earthquake between Turkey and Syria, toll rises to at least 4,365 dead

(ANSA) - ROME, 07 FEB - Turkey has updated to 2,921 the number of deaths following the 7.9 magnitude earthquake that hit the country on the border with Syria.

This was announced by the Turkish authorities, cited by the international media.

The figure brings the overall provisional death toll from the earthquake to 4,365, with the Syrian authorities counting 1,444 dead so far.
