(ANSA) - PARIS, 07 FEB - "About two million" people demonstrated today in France in the framework of the third day of national mobilization against the pension reform, according to data released by the CGT trade union.
In the previous January 31 mobilization, the same union had announced 2.8 million protesters and over 2 million in the first January 19 protest.
Again according to CGT, the Parisian demonstration brought together 400,000 people between the Place de l'Opéra and the Bastille, the same figure as on 19 January.
In many provincial cities, however, the number of demonstrators has decreased, according to data provided by the authorities and by the organizers themselves.
