(ANSA) - SANREMO, FEBRUARY 07 - The Ariston audience stands up for the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, first President of the Republic at the festival.
Mattarella took his place together with his daughter Laura in one of the side boxes of the theater accompanied by a long applause from the hall.
"I would like us all to sing together". Gianni Morandi invites all of Ariston to sing Mameli's anthem with him, in honor of the president's presence in the Ariston hall. The occasion is the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Constitution. Morandi and Amadeus sing with his hand on his heart. Final standing ovation, also for the orchestra, and applause from Mattarella from his place of honor. (ANSA).
