Elke Heidenreich: Love for books
She discovered her love for books in her earliest childhood.
Since then she has suffered from a lung disease.
The parents did not have enough money for spa stays.
In an interview, she said that reading has always been her remedy.
Nothing nicer could be done with your free time to immerse yourself in foreign cultures.
As a television presenter, she appeared in various programs, including "Read!", "Books in the First" and "The Literary Quartet".
Heidenreich is also committed to promoting literature and culture and is known for her open and humorous nature.
