To inaugurate the high mass of Italian music, the star of influencers chose to wear a series of tailor-made Dior dresses, including a fascinating trompe-l'oeil outfit representing a naked female body.

A mistress of ceremonies in Eve's outfit.

Certainly even more anticipated than the previous ones, the 73rd edition of the Sanremo Festival began with great fanfare on February 7 in the city on the northern Italian coast.

And for good reason, it is to Chiara Ferragni, national idol, that returned the privilege of presenting this very popular transalpine musical meeting.

The influencer made an impression by stripping herself naked on the stage of the Ariston Theater, both literally and figuratively.

The 35-year-old star delivered a moving speech addressed to the little girl that she was, wearing a trompe-l'oeil dress, a "simpler device" way.

Images followed on the Rail channel by nearly 11 million spectators, a record audience for the famous annual musical competition.

A committed locker room

Made-to-measure by the Dior label, of which Chiara Ferragni is the ambassador, the dress, baptized "shamelessly", is inspired by a spring-summer 2018 haute couture model. Entirely embroidered, this new version is part of an operation Communication.

Indeed, Chiara Ferragni placed her participation in the Sanremo Festival under the sign of the fight against violence against women.

A commitment that is manifested by the donation of her stamp to the DiRe association (Donne in Rete contro la violenza, women in a network against violence), but also through the four outfits worn on the stage of the music festival.

Message dresses

The businesswoman chained four dresses each with a different message.

The trompe-l'oeil dress evokes the myth of Eve, held responsible for original sin.

An anti-hate dress is printed with negative comments gleaned from the star's Instagram account.

A manifesto dress, made in collaboration with the artist Fulvia Carnevale of the duo Claire Fontaine, is accompanied by a stole with the inscription "

Pensati libera

(Think freely).

Finally, the cage dress with visible crinoline is an allegory of the confinement of women.

An exercise in style perfectly mastered by the artistic director of Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri, who has made committed clothing her specialty.

And this, from his first collection at the head of Dior with the “We should all be feminists” t-shirt: “We should all be feminists”.

Very popular in Italy, the Sanremo competition stretches over several evenings.

The last, on February 11, will also be orchestrated by Chiara Ferragni.

The promise of a new score without a false note.
