The title of "Nutrition Guru" will soon be added to Ortal Amar's many hats?
The network host who maintains an Instagram page with more than a quarter of a million followers, published a post yesterday (Tuesday) in which she revealed the secrets to a proper lifestyle for her.
Amr emphasized the importance of choosing the food we put in our mouths.
"I believe in nutrition and I'm sure it's more significant than any sport," she stated emphatically, and immediately after advised to give up certain types of foods and adopt others in their place.

"I think we are preoccupied a lot with appearance, weight loss, training and nutrition," wrote Amr at the beginning of her words, which were published as a post along with photos in which she shows off a particularly toned look.
"Let's start from the end," she asked.
"Let everyone do what is good and suits them with their body," she advised.
"As for me, I believe in nutrition and I'm sure it's more significant than any sport," she concluded.
"Nutrition brings results, healthy food, taking care of meals, avoiding snacks," she elaborated.
"Food is a need, and maybe also a pleasure, but you have to maintain a balance," she explained.
"This is the secret of magic in my eyes. Sport is an addition to the soul, to our visibility, to our cardiopulmonary endurance, to our smile and to our mood," she clarified.
"But good nutrition changes lives," she determined emphatically.
"Less industrialized food, and more home cooking. More vegetables and water than carbonated drinks, and I promise you it will give you a better feeling," she concluded.
As expected, Amar's words drew quite a few reactions.
"You're right, but what do we do? Pasta is delicious, pizza is delicious, chocolate is delicious. How much salad, chicken breast and cottage cheese can you eat?", wondered one of the surfers, who received an answer from Amar.
"Occasionally, fine. Do one day a week that is allowed," she recommended.
