I breastfed my husband for three days (@nellesworld)
"I'm here to tell you that I had to breastfeed my husband," admitted 32-year-old Janelle McAloon from Boston, in a video that went viral on TikTok and garnered more than 500,000 views.
The mother of four revealed in the video that she had to breastfeed her husband Joshua during a romantic vacation in Puerto Rico - because she forgot to pack and bring her breast pump with her.
Janelle described in the video what exactly happened there: "We were in Puerto Rico and... I'm breastfeeding, and I just forgot to pack my pump. So for four days, we're in Puerto Rico and my boobs are on fire."
He added: "On the first day I said 'Josh, I need you to help me' and that's what he did."
Joshua's selfless act may benefit him in the long run: researchers have found that breast milk can help prevent Crohn's disease, arthritis, autism and some cancers.
Here is her "painful" confession:

As expected, Janelle's confession dropped virtual jaws to the floor - and people suspected that it wasn't really an innocent mistake to leave the breast pump at home.
"Plot twist: He took it out of the suitcase," one viewer joked, implying that Joshua had planned this in advance.
"This is probably the best vacation ever for your husband," teased another.
Another man confessed that he was also forced to breastfeed his wife in the past and wrote: "As a husband with children, I was forced to make a similar sacrifice. I fulfilled my 'husband duties' to the fullest."
"It's hard to see other men make your dream come true," joked another.

However, there were women who offered some less sexual alternatives Janelle and Joshua could consider, Like manual pumping - a process where a nursing mother expresses her milk using her fingers and thumbs - or simply going to a local pharmacy and purchasing a breast pump.
Janelle explained why neither option is realistic: "I tried to pump by hand with so much effort," she claimed, "but for some reason it didn't work until they managed to pump for me first."
In response to a commenter who pointed out that "Vulgaris" has pharmacies in Puerto Rico, Janelle responded: "Yes, they do, but the place where we stayed was far from all of that."
However, the mother noted that she was finally able to purchase a pump before returning to Massachusetts: “
