Following the new regional civil protection bulletin, which forecasts thunderstorms and strong stormy winds, some municipalities have decided to close schools of all levels and some public spaces for tomorrow, Friday.
Provisions to this effect have so far been given by the extraordinary commissioner of the Municipality of Catania Piero Mattei, by the Municipalities of Syracuse and Agrigento.
In Messina, on the other hand, the mayor Federico Basile, while recommending the utmost attention, has established the reopening of the schools for tomorrow, after the closure that took place today.
The area most affected by bad weather, according to weather forecasts, should be the south-eastern part of Sicily.

Rimini, but also other places on the Romagna Riviera, such as Bellaria, woke up this morning under the snow, which covered the beaches as it hasn't happened for a long time.
Abundant flakes also on the Romagna Apennines, where some small municipalities, such as Mondaino, Mercato Saraceno and Sarsina, all in the province of Forlì-Cesena were forced to close schools: in Roncofreddo the snow accumulated more than 20 centimeters.
