, the M6 group is preparing to rejuvenate and feminize its management board.
Next Monday, its president, Nicolas de Tavernost, will announce at the same time as the group's annual results the exit of three of its members out of the five in total.
Among them, Thomas Valentin, 68, faithful right-hand man of Nicolas de Tavernost, who had joined M6 from the first days of the channel, as a delegate for fiction and international relations.
The vice-president of the executive board in charge of broadcasting and content has been officiating at the M6 group for thirty-six years.
Second outgoing, the director general of the group's audio activities, including radio stations RTL, RTL2 and Fun Radio, Régis Ravanas, 59 years old.
After a stint at TF1 at the head of the management, the fifties had however been presented, in 2019, as the potential successor of Nicolas de Tavernost (72 years old).
