(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 09 - The anarchist Alfredo Cospito must remain in 41 bis, the hard prison regime.
This was established by the Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio, rejecting with a "articulated provision" the request for revocation advanced by the lawyer Flavio Rossi Albertini, defender of the prisoner who has been on hunger strike for over one hundred days.
The 41 bis was ordered on May 4 last year by the then Keeper of Seals Marta Cartabia for four years.
