The winning companies are:
Raisdor Company
, which won a complex that includes the construction of 228 units and commercial and employment areas;
Akro Group
, which won the complex including the construction of 174 units; and
Y.H. Demari Company
, which won the complex including the construction of 339 units and commercial and employment areas.
This is Y. H. Demari's first project as part of an apartment for rent.
The plan is located, as mentioned, in the area of the Sirkin camp whose evacuation was completed about a year ago, and in the area west of it up to the Yoseftal and Kiryat Alon neighborhoods.
The general plan designates the area of the former camp for mixed uses, including about 8,500 housing units and about 300,000 square meters for commerce and employment in total.

Inbal David, CEO of a rental apartment:
"Congratulations to the winners and to the Petah Tikva municipality for their part in the long-term rental housing revolution in Israel.
Apartment for Rent, together with Rami, finished the year 2021 and 2022 with unprecedented marketing volumes of long-term rental housing, and we are happy to open the year 2023 with thousands of units in the marketing process.
Housing for long-term rental is a necessary and essential housing solution in Israel as well, and given this attractive solution and a significant mass of marketing, it is and will continue to be a worthy alternative for the public renting apartments in Israel in the center and cities in the peripheral areas.
We will also continue to work in 2023 to increase the supply of apartments for long-term rental, in order to provide households living in rent and kneeling under the burden of living costs, a long-term housing solution that is stable and secure in terms and prices."
Yanky Quint, director of the Israel Land Authority:
"I congratulate another success of a tender in the rental housing route, this time in the Sirkin district in the city of Petah Tikva. The marketing of about 740 units in this route allows for cheaper solutions for young couples and the homeless in the areas of demand, and this time in a high-quality program that we led in the area of the Sirkin military camp that was vacated and is now in the line of Petah Tikva and the entire region.
The Israel Land Authority works with all the means at its disposal to increase the supply of housing units.
We intend to continue allocating land for all the needs of the economy, including for the residential needs of the citizens of the State of Israel in accordance with the goals set by the government."
