"The deal is very attractive, since for the sake of comparison, today I am selling a three-year-old new house in the neighborhood, with a built-up area of about 200 square meters on a quarter of a dunam for a price of NIS 3.4 million, which means that their deal reflects a future value of about NIS 7 million (without embodying an expected price increase, RNA), and considering that the lot has building rights for two houses."
