(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 10 - The slowdowns or stops on public servers for health or tax services reported today by various regions and individual citizens are being resolved.
Sogei, the public IT company of the Treasury, explains it.
No data or information - the company reassures - has been lost.
In Tuscany, for example, problems have been reported since this morning for exam bookings and also for doctors issuing electronic prescriptions.
At two o'clock tonight, due to a fault, - it is explained - the national Sogei servers that manage the dematerialized prescriptions and all the connected services.
Reports also arrive from Umbria in the meantime, while some citizens have reported a temporary stoppage of the services of the Revenue Agency whose systems are also managed by Sogei.
Sogei already explained in the morning: "following the continuation of activities connected to night-time interventions, some services are temporarily unavailable. The restoration activities of all the services provided are currently being completed. We also inform you that they have not been lost or altered in any way data and information. We apologize to the users and to the Customer Administrations for any inconvenience caused".
