(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 11 - Yesterday's massive attack by the Russian army blocked the supply of foreign weapons and ammunition by railway to Ukraine in combat zones: declared the General Staff of the Federation quoted by TASS.

"Yesterday, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive attack on critical energy system facilities that ensure the operations of Ukraine's transport and defense industry," Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

"The objectives have been achieved. The deployment of weapons, hardware and railway troops has been blocked".
