This quartet tastes like a whole orchestra in your mouth
Today we don't have one, two or three, but a four cheese sauce for you.
The
Pasta Quattro Formaggi
is a true
classic of Italian cuisine
.
Usually as a Pizza Quattro Formaggi, four different types of cheese are combined to create a cheesy taste experience.
Mozzarella
is usually
the only cheese that is on the list of ingredients for a Quattro Formaggi recipe.
The other
cheeses vary by region and taste
.
In addition to mozzarella, we chose
gorgonzola
,
parmesan
and
ricotta
.
This combination is simply unbeatable hearty and creamy.
Aaa.. Bella Italia.
delicious!
That's how it's done:
You need these ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
70 g onions, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
200 ml whipped cream
100 grams of mozzarella
100 grams of gorgonzola
120g ricotta
100g Parmesan
400g pasta, cooked
150 g spinach, fresh
pepper (to taste)
The preparation is so easy:
Heat oil in a pan.
Season the onions and garlic with salt and pepper and sauté until the onions are translucent.
Then deglaze with the whipped cream and let it boil briefly before adding the mozzarella, gorgonzola, ricotta and parmesan.
Stir well and simmer gently until the cheese is stringy and completely melted.
Bring to the boil again and then immediately add the cooked pasta.
Tip
: Don't put the pasta in a cool place after cooking.
As a result, the pasta loses the starch that allows the sauce to coat the pasta nicely.
Stir in the pasta and add the spinach.
Gently fold in the spinach.
Once the spinach has wilted, remove the pan from the heat and serve on deep plates.
Garnish with pepper to taste.
Mmmh cheesy!
Sit back and enjoy.
