A couple who purchased an apartment in a residential tower in Hadera turned to the designer Uri Yifrah, at the height of the Corona epidemic.

The palette of shades and materials
The palette of colors and materials that characterizes the house has Scandinavian allusions - pastel colors, earth tones, a combination of natural wood, straw and touches of blackened metal.

the living room
The living room designed by Yafarah is the proof that it is possible to create a warm corner in the house without going crazy, but simply working precisely.
We would also add curtains to complete the look, but there is no doubt that the combination of live vegetation that brings freshness, pastel-colored pictures and a natural straw-looking carpet create a pleasant and inviting space.

The kitchen and dining area
The color of the facades of the kitchen - grayish mocha, combined with niches and a natural oak counter and a blackened and present metal leg, group together and emphasize the Scandinavian tone in the space.
Covering with brick tiles in the assumption that it creates a fishbone shape adds additional interest to the space, without overloading it with unnecessary colors.
The dining area adjacent to the kitchen combines a round wooden table and also brings to light the soft colors and Scandinavian allusions.

The master bedroom
The master bedroom of the parents was not a particularly large room, when originally a plaster wall was planned between the sleeping area and the adjacent bathroom.
The feeling created was far from a spacious master suite.
In the new design, a plaster wall was removed, and a glass wall was installed in its place, which lightened the look and created an open and flowing feeling, such that it allowed the two spaces to merge and create one wide and large space.
The decision to choose a transparent wall is a brave decision.
Not everyone can live peacefully with a completely transparent bathroom wall, it is neither suitable nor correct for everyone, but in this case the homeowners fell in love with the idea and also loved the end result.

Children's rooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms combine natural wood and pastel colors that combine pink, cream, economy and earth colors.
The general note produces a warm tenderness, one that is fun to play with and also fun to rest and fall asleep in.
To enlarge the bathroom, the service balcony was removed.
The washing machine and dryer are located in an integral cabinet that is a continuation of the service cabinet and the sink.
In this space, ceramics of two types were combined in two different layouts.
The pink ceramic tiles were more expensive, and in order to reduce the costs of the space, it was decided not to give them up but to incorporate another type of tile.
This idea is a creative idea for saving costs and you should adopt it as a tip when renovating, renovating and dressing, and you come across an element that is hard to give up.
Wood-look tiles were chosen for the floor, to complete the feeling of warmth and to emphasize the connection with the wooden surface of the cabinet.

The designer's word
Yafarah tells about the design process: "I had the pleasure of planning and designing this apartment from scratch. We received an apartment on paper more than two and a half years ago, and at the end of the long and challenging process, we ended up with a carefully designed apartment that serves its residents in the best possible way. My greatest satisfaction is that they tell how much They enjoy the apartment and love it, and how many compliments they receive from everyone who visits them in their new home."
