She wanted to chase the falls, but instead they chased her bikini bottoms - that's how the New York Post defined what happened to Katie Waltham.
Katie was living in Jamaica when she decided to film a video of herself going under a waterfall in the River Dunn.
What she didn't expect was that the waterfall with the strong current would easily take the bottom she was wearing.
In the 23-second clip, Waltham can be seen stepping into a rush of white water before wading around for a few seconds, looking shocked.
"When you lose your bikini bottom while visiting Dunn River Falls," the 27-year-old wrote in the short clip that was viewed tens of thousands of times in a few days.
Although not a very high number, the exposure that Waltham had before was even less and there is no doubt that after the current clip and the publication in the media, she will receive much more.

Katie for her part did not respond and did not tell what happened next.
