A TikTok user has received extraordinary attention online after revealing her resemblance to the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.
Sydney Beckles noticed that she was being compared to the princess face when Markle and Prince Harry started dating, but recently (especially since the docu on Netflix) she is receiving a lot of harsh comments about it - even though she really has nothing to do with Markle.
The 21-year-old says she receives a lot of mean comments online, mainly in reference to Meghan Markle: "She's a mean person", "I wouldn't be proud of it" and "Poor thing, people will think you're a liar, too".
The stunt double told NeedToKnow.Online: "Most of the hate is directed specifically at Meghan. People say I shouldn't be proud of looking like her."

However, not all reactions are negative.
"In general, there are also people who say good things, when the most common thing they say to me online is: 'Wow, I thought it was Meghan Markle' or 'You look just like Meghan Markle, she's beautiful'. I also receive compliments face to face," she said Beckles.
Although the part-time waitress shared that she is consistently harassed online, she has never been harassed face-to-face.
In fact, her resemblance to Megan even got her free drinks.
"Me and my friends got free drinks because people were convinced I was related to her. It's very funny," she shared.

Similar or not?
Even though the world thinks that Kells bears a close resemblance to Markle, she seems to think less so.
"I think maybe in some ways I look like her, if my hair is straightened, but in general I never really think I do - unless someone points it out," she admitted.
"I think we have similar facial features, especially our smiles. I find it a huge compliment to be considered similar to her, as she is a stunning woman to me," she added.
Beckles shared a video on TikTok where she shows several photos where she can see the similarities between herself and the Duchess of Sussex.
"Since almost everyone says I look like Meghan Markle, here are some pictures where I kinda see it," she wrote in the video, which has garnered over 73,000 likes and 660,000 views.

The video features pictures of Markle interspersed with selfies of Beckles - as she asks her followers what they think of the resemblance.
People in the comments were shocked to see how similar the two are.
"Are you adopted?"
One asked and another added: "I didn't even read the text and I immediately said to myself that she looks like Meghan Markle."
Another viewer wrote: "See you in season 10 - 'The Crown'" and another added: "Are you sure you weren't separated at birth? Absolute twins."
Another viewer wrote: "Honey, I thought it was Megan on Tiktok" and then concluded: "She really copied and pasted."
Beckles has had offers to "do something about the fact that she looks like Markle," but that's not what she wants to be known for.
"As much as it's nice that people tell me about it, I don't want to base my life and reality on someone else's appearance," she said, "I want to be known as myself."
As for Beccles' views on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, she just doesn't have one.
"It's hard to relate to her personally because I don't really know much about her - but from what I do know, she seems like a nice person," she said.
"I don't really have an opinion on the couple, since they are two people and they deserve to have a voice just like the rest of us."
