= Onor Okstein, founder of the group "Mom returns to jeans" and a fitness trainer, explains what is behind the new group.

"This is a workshop that sees the weight loss process through the eyes of overweight women, and not from the perspective of the diet itself," she explains.

"We were approached by women who had attended our workshops, and other women who had tried diets and workouts that didn't work, and wanted a program that suited their status. We put together a dedicated program that would help them persevere in the process."

What are the main changes in the new group?

    : These are women who are used to eating different amounts than an overweight woman, the composition of the food is often different, as well as the eating habits throughout the day.

    In the new program, the women will receive a different menu from the regular workshop, with a different meal structure and different amounts.
