In the middle of a heat wave,
some 40,000 users continue without electricity
both in the City of Buenos Aires and in the suburbs.
In the Federal Capital, one of the most affected neighborhoods is Caballito, with some 5,000 homes without supply.
As specified by the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) on Monday morning, some 31,300 Edesur users were still without electricity;
while those affected by Edenor reach 6,100.
Last Friday, some 200,000 Edesur clients were left without power in a massive blackout.
