Moscow's gas exports fell 25.1% in 2022

In 2022 the amount of total Russian gas exports decreased by 25.1% to 184.4 billion cubic meters. That of oil, on the other hand, increased by 7.6% reaching 242 million tons. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 13 - In 2022 the total amount of Russian gas exports decreased by 25.1% to 184.4 billion cubic meters.

That of oil instead increased by 7.6% reaching 242 million tons.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak quoted by Russian agencies.

Novak, in an article in EnergyPolicy magazine, reiterated that Russia will no longer sell oil or oil products to countries that adhere to the price cap.
